We believe that everyone is capable of achieving their goals.

 

But knowing HOW to set, make progress, and achieve a goal isn't intuitive.

And so, most people struggle with working on their goals consistently. 

And let's face it, pursuing any goal is a
roller coaster journey.

 

Reaching milestones feels great but the in-betweens can be filled with a lot of lows - self-doubt, anxiety, lack of motivation, self-criticism, and existential angst. 

Many people give up on their goals because the journey is too hard.

 

We had experienced this firsthand in our own lives and had also seen our friends and family struggle with this.

So w
e spent months trying to answer the question - 

 

How can people accomplish their goals without sacrificing their well-being?

 

We wanted to find a way to help people have fewer low days, so they can stay calm, focused, and consistent in pursuing their goals.

And we found the answer - positive psychology.

A central question of positive psychology research is - What makes a good life?


In this body of research, not only did we find the answers we were looking for, but also evidence-backed tools and exercises around topics like - 

pursuing meaningful goals, cultiv
ating a growth mindset, practicing mindfulness,
reaching a flow state, and experiencing positive emotions
.

 

We incorporated this research into Doabl as product features, daily exercises, and short guides to make the journey of achieving goals as fulfilling as the destination.
